Infrastructure Administrator III
(This is a remote position open to applicants residing in TX, NM, AZ, CO, or KS)

Job Description

The Infrastructure Administrator III will provide guidance and escalation support to the Corporate IT team regarding the technologies used to support the business and our clients. This role involves overseeing the health of our PSA and RMM systems, as well as managing incidents, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, providing training, communicating effectively, responding to emergencies, and executing internal projects. The goal is to ensure that our internal infrastructure remains healthy and efficient. Please note that this role will not have any direct reports.

Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience
Proven experience in a higher-tiered Tier III support role.
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, network administration, and technologies.
MSP experience required

All positions require the successful completion of a criminal background check, and further background checks if the position involves access to sensitive information or secure facilities.

Have you implemented configuration changes or performed upgrades in an on-prem PSA and/or RMM tool?*

Do you have experience overseeing or coordinating network and server management for companies supporting multiple physical locations or branches?*

Have you been responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and standard operating procedures specifically for network configurations and troubleshooting across distributed environments?*

Have you ever led or participated in server or network migrations in a multi-location enterprise setting?*

Are you experienced in managing emergency incident response (cyber incidents, outages) across multiple interconnected sites?*

Are you willing to undergo a comprehensive background check, including a fingerprint-based background check for Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS), described below, as part of the hiring process?
