Sales Account Executive II
(This is a hybrid position open to applicants residing near Phoenix, AZ)
Job Description
As a Sales Account Executive at IronEdge, you will be responsible for identifying and creating well-qualified sales leads through outbound calling, events, emails, LinkedIn messaging, etc. You will execute targeted outbound campaigns to uncover prospects’ needs and platform fit and apply knowledge of the field and service features to match services to the needs of clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and will answer inquiries from clients concerning our services, their uses, and the industry at large. You will represent IronEdge at local events and associations and arrange introductory meetings.
Account Executives are responsible for developing opportunities through the early stages of the selling cycle to the proposal stage, which requires collaboration with procurement and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
To achieve quarterly and annual quotas, Account Executives regularly research and build lists of key accounts and contacts to execute a territory plan. You will ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in Salesforce to manage and achieve ARR growth targets and take ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual signings tarts to ensure contractual arrangements meet defined commercial goals.
Requirements
10+ years of successful MSP Sales Experience.
Strong selling, presentation, and closing skills with the passion and proven ability to prospect and close business.
Experience using salesforce.com for managing leads, activity, and pipeline.
Work collaboratively with other IEG personnel to review specifications, develop technical solutions, and costs estimates.
Prospecting capabilities and proven success.
All positions require the successful completion of a criminal background check, and further background checks if the position involves access to sensitive information or secure facilities.
This position requires travel to different locations, which requires a valid driver’s license, intermittent DMV checks, and a reliable personal vehicle.

Salary Range
$90,000- $105,000 (Exempt)
Eligible for On-Target Variable of up to $60,000 annually
