Senior Technology Enablement Administrator

Job Description
The Senior Technology Enablement Administrator will lead a team responsible for the efficient receipt, staging, and deployment of hardware and peripherals. This role involves overseeing the inventory management, storage, and documentation of all hardware assets, ensuring proper tracking in inventory systems. The Senior Administrator will coordinate the preparation and testing of equipment for deployment, including imaging and updates, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
This position also involves planning and executing small-scale projects, including device rollouts, network device installations, and equipment upgrades. The Senior Administrator will develop and implement standard operating procedures for hardware operations, identify workflow inefficiencies, and work to resolve them. Acting as a liaison between the hardware operations team and other departments, the Senior Administrator ensures alignment with organizational goals and resolves escalated customer issues related to hardware operations.
In a supervisory capacity, the Senior Administrator will recruit, hire, train, and evaluate supervisory and management staff within the department, oversee daily workflows, and manage employee performance, including handling discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT hardware operations or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in imaging and configuring desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
- Experience with inventory management and asset tracking systems.
- Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycles and deployment processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
